Lavender · Rosemary · Distilled Water · That's it.

Bug spray
that really
works.

And that's NO BS.

I built this in my kitchen because I couldn't find a bug spray I trusted to spray on my own skin. No DEET. No synthetic anything. Just distilled water and essential oils — the kind of stuff you'd actually be okay smelling all day.

The Story

I made this
for me first.

I'm Brennan. When I was a kid I beat cancer, and ever since I've been a stickler about what I put on my skin. One sweaty August night I was lying on the couch at 3 a.m. getting eaten alive by mosquitos — and I realized I didn't own a single bug spray I actually trusted.

So I started mixing. Distilled water. Lavender. Rosemary. Nothing else. My brother Christopher tried the first batch and said, “Dude, you have to call this All Natural BS.”

We did. Here we are.

Three
ingredients.
Zero BS.

Distilled water, lavender essential oil, and rosemary essential oil. That's the whole formula. Spray it on your skin, your kid's skin, your dog, your patio cushions. It smells like a Sunday morning. Bugs do not agree.

Chapter & verse

The Story of BS.

Two brothers. One sleepless night. A kitchen experiment that wouldn't stop working. Here's the long version — straight from me.

I was eight when I got the diagnosis. Acute lymphoblastic leukemia. For the next three years my world was hospitals, ports, scans, and a long list of stuff I wasn't allowed to put on my body. I came out the other side smaller, stubborner, and weirdly grateful — and very very aware of every ingredient on every label.

Fast forward twenty years. I'm a grown man, lying on my living room couch at 3 a.m. on a sweltering August night because the upstairs AC has just quit on me. Naturally, two mosquitos have located me. I get up to grab a bug spray and stop cold: every can in my house is something I would never, under any circumstance, put on my own skin.

I went down the rabbit hole. Spent weeks reading studies on DEET, picaridin, IR3535, citronella, lemon eucalyptus — and weeks more in my kitchen with a kitchen scale, distilled water, and a row of little brown bottles of essential oils.

"Dude, you have to call this All Natural BS."

— Christopher, after batch #14

The formula that finally clicked was almost embarrassingly simple: distilled water, lavender, rosemary. Smelled like my grandmother's herb garden. Bugs hated it. I sprayed it on my arms, my legs, my dog, the screen door — everything that mosquitos used to treat as a buffet.

My brother Christopher tried it on a camping trip a week later and texted me the line that turned into the brand. We started mixing it in bigger batches. Friends asked for bottles. Friends of friends asked for bottles. Here we are.

Say hi · It's just me on the other end

Wanna talk?
I'd love that.

I read every message that comes in — questions about the spray, wholesale, dog stuff, an email to swap stories, an idea for a new scent… all of it. If I'm not slammed packing orders, you'll hear back from me the same day.
